New builds

You just closed. The backyard is still dirt.

Many HOAs set a deadline to finish the yard after closing, and it changes from one community to the next. Check yours first, then send us your cross streets.

  1. Check your HOA's deadline and yard rules. It's in your HOA documents.
  2. Send Gio your cross streets and a photo of the yard.Text (602) 512-5077 or use the form below.
  3. Gio walks the yard with you and quotes it.Front, back, or both. You talk to the owner from the first visit.
  4. The crew builds it, starting with the ground.Level it and compact it first, then the turf, pavers or rock on top. Gio is on the job.

Under the turf

The part you never see is the part that holds.

Turf and pavers only stay put if the ground under them was prepped right. On a Desert Edit job the ground is leveled and compacted before the turf goes down, and a paver border around the edge helps keep it from lifting.

I just closed on a new build and the backyard is dirt. Where do I start?

Look up your HOA's deadline and yard rules first; every community sets its own. Then text Gio your cross streets and a photo of the yard at (602) 512-5077, or send the form below. He'll come look at it and plan the front and back with you.

Who will actually be on my job?

Gio, the owner, is on your job with his crew. You talk to him from the first visit, so you won't get handed off to someone you've never met.

How much does a new yard cost?

Can you fix irrigation another company installed?

Yes. Irrigation repairs are part of what we do, along with new drip and irrigation installs.

Do you do landscape lighting?

Yes. Landscape lighting is one of our services. Tell Gio what you have in mind when he walks your yard.

Yes. Maintenance is one of our services. Ask Gio what schedule fits your yard when he walks it with you.

What areas do you cover?

The West Valley (Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Avondale, Buckeye, Waddell, Litchfield Park, Laveen), plus Phoenix and Scottsdale. We go wherever there's work.
